The Sierra Leone Civil Aviation Authority (SLCAA) has officially announced the opening of its new register for aircraft and air operators. In a press release issued on the 15th June, 2024, the SLCAA invited all interested individuals and organizations to apply for registration and operation of aircraft in Sierra Leone.
Applicants are encouraged to contact the SLCAA directly, addressing their applications to the Director General on 21/23 Siaka Steven Street, Freetown, Sierra Leone. Alternatively, applications can be submitted via email to info@slcaa.gov.sl.
This initiative aims to streamline the registration process for aircraft and air operators in Sierra Leone, ensuring compliance with national regulations and international standards. By centralizing the registration process, the SLCAA seeks to enhance safety and efficiency in the country’s aviation sector.
