A Call To Business (ACTB) Bank has on Friday 21st February, 2025 rewarded Esther Finda Dauda with a brand-new Suzuki S-Presso as the grand prize winner of its ‘Save and Win’ promotion. The official handover ceremony took place at ACTB’s Lumley branch in Freetown, attended by key stakeholders, customers and media representatives.

The ‘Save and Win’ promotion, which ran from June 10 to December 2024, encouraged both new and existing customers to save a minimum of NLe 5,000 monthly without making withdrawals to qualify for the grand draw. The final draw was held on January 31, 2025, where Esther Finda Dauda emerged as the winner of the grand prize.

Expressing her excitement, she revealed that she never expected to win the vehicle, often disregarding promotional messages from ACTB Bank. She shared a personal experience of being denied a loan at another financial institution despite banking with them for over 15 years. However, after just three months with ACTB, she not only secured a loan but also won the bank’s biggest promotional prize.

Encouraging others to bank with ACTB, she praised the institution for its commitment to supporting customers, emphasizing that the bank truly delivers on its promises.

In addition to the grand prize, several other customers won valuable items, including Francis Boima – DSTV package, Rebecca Yomba, Morsay (Kono) – Air Conditioner and Isata Jalloh – Freezer.

Isata Jalloh, a loyal ACTB customer for over four years, expressed her delight and surprise upon learning she had won a freezer. She encouraged others to start saving with ACTB, emphasizing that such promotions provide genuine rewards.

Speaking at the event, ACTB Bank’s Chief Operating Officer, Idrissa A. Sesay, stated that the promotion was designed to encourage financial discipline while rewarding customer loyalty.

“This campaign was aimed at giving back to our loyal customers, both old and new, while promoting a culture of saving. It aligns with our motto of leaving no one behind,” Idrissa A. Sesay emphasized.

Marketing Manager Roxlyne Findlay highlighted the promotion’s nationwide impact, revealing that 22 winners emerged from eight districts across Sierra Leone, making it an inclusive and rewarding initiative.

Throughout the campaign, ACTB Bank awarded monthly prizes, including air conditioners, plasma TVs, smartphones, freezers, Bluetooth speakers and DSTV sets, ensuring that multiple customers benefited from their savings efforts.

With initiatives like ‘Save and Win’, ACTB Bank continues to strengthen its relationship with customers, reinforcing its position as a trusted financial partner in Sierra Leone.
