Cowbell Provides Sunakati for Muslims on Ramadan

It has been a norm for the Premium Divine Trading Limited, through its products, to support Muslims during the Ramadan period every year. This year the company has embarked on nationwide distribution of its cowbell products to 10 major mosques in the country.

Cowbell, which is one of the products that is marketed by Premium Divine Trading Company Ltd, a food distribution company that operates as an agent for Promasidor, a leading supplier of quality food products in more than 30 African countries, including Sierra Leone, that was donated to these major mosques in the county has been commended by many Sierra Leoneans as one of the best milk that gives nourishment to the body as attested by many who were observing the month of Ramadan.

The Premium Divine Trading Company Ltd on 6^th April, 2023 had its symbolic commencement of the nationwide distribution ceremony which was done at the Waterloo Central Mosque, and Prophet Issa Mosque Devil Hole respectively.

In his address, the Country Manager of Premium Divine Trading Ltd, Kenneth Konuah, said that the month of Ramadan is a very important month to Muslims all around the world and in that regard Premium Divine Trading Company Ltd, as a responsible company, thought it fit to embark on a nationwide distribution of its cowbell products to major mosques in the country as a way of giving back to society which he added that it is also in appreciation and show of love for the continuous business support and growth enjoyed among the muslim community.

He added that as a company, they are with the strong belief that Sierra Leoneans deserve to enjoy nutritious food products, of which he stated that the quality of Cowbell cannot be matched to any product in the country.

He disclosed that this is not the first time the company has been embarking on such gesture, furthering that the company through its various products has been contributing tremendously towards the development of Sierra Leoneans and the country as a whole.

Kenneth Konuah said that the company will be giving out 500 cartoons of Cowbell products to a total of 10 mosques nationwide which includes Waterloo Central Mosque, Prophet Issa Mosque Devil Hole, National Central Mosque etc.

He emphasized on the importance of good nutrition with regards to milk for growth and vitality. Cowbell milk, he said is a rich source of protein, calcium and Vitamins A, B9, C, D E and K otherwise referred to as Vitarich.

The Country Manager revealed that Cowbell products come in 14g sachet, 20g sachet, 360g sachet and 400g tins for the milk, adding that they are all produced in Ghana by Promasidor Ghana Limited for export sales to some West African countries including Sierra Leone.

He encouraged all to go in for the company’s products especially the Cowbell milk which he said is of high quality and when consumed will definitely nourish the body.

Receiving the donation, the Speaker of Waterloo Central Mosque, Musa Kargbo expressed appreciation to the Premium Divine Trading Company Ltd for considering their mosque to benefit from the donation.

He said that the Month of Ramadan is a month of love sharing and that the sharing of love during Ramadan is very important. He said that the donated Cowbell products will be shared among Muslims of the mosque.

The Deputy Director of “Why Islam in Action Foundation”, Umaru Sesay, said that the Why Islam in Action Foundation is in charge of the Prophet Issa Mosque Devil Hole and that the Foundation is very happy for the donation by the company to the mosque.

He said that the donation from the company is the first support the mosque has received so far since the start of the Ramadan period. He called on other institutions to follow the footprints of Premium Divine Trading Company Limited in order to support Muslims during the Ramadan period.

The company ended at Prophet Issa Mosque Devil Hole with a wet sampling of its Miksi Chocolate and Coffee drink to Muslims breaking their fast  at the mosque.
