Magistrate Hadiru Daboh of Court No.3, Ross Road, Freetown refused granting bail to one Alimamy Sillah for stealing and flushing the key of a vehicle with Registration No. AQY 015.
The accused was charged with One Count of Larceny Contrary to Section 2 of the Larceny Act of 1916. According to the Prosecution Witness, the accused was seen in the footage of a CCTV at So Pure Water Company at Kissy Dockyard in Freetown removing a key from his colleague’s vehicle with registration number AQY 015 only to flush it in the flush toilet at the Company.
He pleaded not guilty to the said one count and the matter was adjourned to the 30th June, 2022.
