In a heartwarming display of compassion and generosity, Rise Charity Foundation stepped up on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, by extending a helping hand to the inmates at The Male and Female Correctional Centre in Freetown.
The foundation’s benevolent gesture included a substantial donation of food and beverages, providing much-needed nourishment to those within the correctional facility. Beyond merely meeting physical needs, this act served as a poignant reminder that every individual, regardless of their circumstances, deserves to be treated with dignity and compassion.
Rise Charity Foundation’s unwavering commitment to assisting inmates is not only commendable, but also indicative of its dedication to making a tangible difference in the lives of those often marginalized by society. The impact of their efforts is anticipated to resonate positively within the walls of the correctional facility and beyond.
A notable mention goes to King Boss La, whose generous financial and physical support significantly contributed to the success of the donation drive. His presence during the event brought joy and happiness to the inmates, who were grateful for the opportunity to spend time with him and his team.
Additionally, gratitude is extended to the following individuals and organizations, whose contributions further bolstered the donation efforts: Donce Charitable Organization, Kings Empire, Priority Solutions, Real Boss Productions, Tity Barrie, Current Kay, Precious Anabel Smith, DJ Desperate Richie, DJ Jesse, Mr. & Mrs. Ibrahim Mansaray, Del Vaqyo, Melody Melson Donson, Isatu Howard, Mr. Coker, and Hawanatu Konneh.
Special acknowledgment is also due to the Management of the Sierra Leone Correctional Service for graciously permitting the donation to take place within their facility.
