NP-SL Tenaciously Prioritizes Customer Care & Enhances Local Content

NP-SL: Held in Esteem for Being Foremost as a Resilient Company

By Amin Kef-Ranger

The effective implementation of the Local Content Policy is imbedded in the internal dynamics of NP-Sierra Leone Limited (NP-SL Ltd) and forms an integral part of its modus operandi most certainly because it is a 100% indigenous petroleum marketing entity, established by 35 former Sierra Leonean workers who invested their end of service benefits.

This remarkable attribute has been jealously guarded over the years and has distinctly set the company apart from others in the country.

Indisputably, by making it categorically clear that preference should be given to Sierra Leoneans when it comes to employment, is indeed a clear indication that the Shareholders, Board of Directors and Management of the company wants the citizenry to access gainful employment that could improve their living conditions.

Besides, from time to time, members of staff as well as employees of agents and dealers that partner with NP to market the petroleum products that the company imports were afforded training opportunities to optimize their abilities in order to improve on their performances. A case in point were the recent training programs that NP-SL conducted for Station Managers and Dealers in all the regions of the country after which Certificates of Completion were awarded to the beneficiaries.

NP-SL Ltd is widely and better known as 1st for Customer Care, a reputation built over the years for timely response to the needs of customers and treating them with respect and dignity.

In its drive to optimize customer satisfaction the company went the extra mile to install calibrated pumping machines which are not only modern but trustworthy, as opposed to old pumping machines which certain unscrupulous individuals used to cheat unassuming customers.

This is helping to repose confidence in customers that they are dealing with a very transparent entity.

Above all the respectability that Station Managers and Pump Attendants accorded to the customers have been characterized or referred to as exceptional and very impressive.

For those who have not tried NP Gas for the first time, it is now time to give it a try. Designed in sizable varying cylinders and sold at various NP Filling Stations, this cooking device has been rated as one of the best that is on offer for sale. NP Gas is safe, user friendly, and portable. Trying it will spur you to recommend it to others.

NP Smart Card is now in vogue and is one of the latest technological devices used to purchase petroleum products. Using it has attendant advantages as evident in procuring fuel at any time of the day even during times when monies could not be accessed from banks. It is secured, easy to use and very quick. It is now trending.

To crystallize proposed projects into tangible realities on the ground, Government needs the required financial resources to effectively do so and one sure way is from the collection of taxes which is the mandate of the National Revenue Authority (NRA). NP is one big taxpayer to Government and it has been doing so timely.

NP-SL Ltd is indeed a very sober business entity that is enormously contributing to the improvement of lives generally and to overall national development.
