As Alimu Barrie Crowned Honorary Paramount Chief… Pavi Fort to Construct Ultra-Modern School in Kenema

Clad in traditional regalia of a Chief and being bestowed a senior citizenship status within the Eastern region by the People of Kenema, the pragmatic and result-oriented Chief Executive Officer of Pavi Fort SL, Alhaji Alimu Sanu Barrie, in appreciation of action of the people of Kenema District in crowning him as Honorary Paramount Chief of the district, on Saturday 19th December, 2020 promised to construct an Ultra-Modern school in Kenema District.

This disclosure was made during a ceremony held as the company entered Kenema city impressively with its high standard machinery in preparedness to embark on the re-construction of township roads in that part of the country.

It was a very spectacular scene that was graced by traditional leaders, Paramount Chiefs from all the chiefdoms within the Kenema district and other stakeholders from various walks of life.

In his address, Alhaji Alimu Sanu Barrie, expressed gratitude to his colleague Paramount chiefs and the people of Kenema for according him, what he described, as a befitting homecoming, adding that such surprise has never happened in his life.

He went further to officially declare that as a result of the warm welcome that was accorded him, Kenema will now be his second home and he will construct an ultra-Modern school for the people of Kenema. He said that according to the ministry of finance, the re-construction of township roads of 25 kilometres will be done by phases, of which 10 kilometres is going to be done per year, but said that with this honoured accorded him, he is going to make sure that the entire 25 kilometres will be completed in 2021.

The CEO assured residents of Kenema that the company is fully poised and in a high gear to commence construction work, highlighting that as a patriotic citizen of this country, he is always ready to complement the efforts of President Julius Maada Bio and his Government to rebrand the country.
