Magistrate Hadiru Daboh Sentences MOJ to 4 Years 11 Months Imprisonment

Magistrate Hadiru Daboh, of Court No. 3 on Ross Road in Freetown, on the 4th August, 2022 sentenced one Mohamed Sesay, Alias MOJ to Four (4) years and Eleven (11) Months imprisonment after he was found guilty on one Count Charge of Fraudulent Conversion  Contrary to Section 20 (1) Paragraph (IV) of Larceny Act, 1916.

The particulars of offense state that the Accused fraudulently converted a TVS Motorbike with Registration No. ATS 123 given to him by one Samuel Gibril for commercial purpose.

The matter was prosecuted by PC14849 Bangura A.
