In a bid to enhance affordable access to Orange SL services, Sierra Leone’s notable GSM mobile operator Orange SL has on Tuesday 8th October, 2019 launched a partnership with the National Petroleum Sierra Leone Limited (NP-SL-Ltd) Congo Cross Filling Station at the business entity’s compound on Congo Cross in Freetown.
Addressing those who graced the occasion, the Regional Business Manager Sales, West 1, Orange SL Achmed Mansaray disclosed that the partnership between Orange and NP SL will not only satisfy Orange subscribers but it will also serve as the beginning of a solid collaboration, adding that the partnership will enhance access to their services at all NP filling stations like Orange Money transaction, Sim Registration, dishing out Sim Cards etc.
The dealer at NP-SL Congo Cross filling Station, Patal Juxon-Smith, expressed thanks to Orange SL for the partnership furthering how NP-SL was chosen because of the dynamic job they have been doing as a petroleum company in the country, ensuring that they cover the 16 districts in Sierra Leone.
She noted that in the wake of the partnership customers can use their Orange money to buy fuel or any of their products. She also assured Orange that they will continue to work in giving the best to customers.
Head of Direct Sales, Orange-SL, Bollor T. Sesay said the mobile company cares much about its customers and in that regard as a company they have been assessing the needs of their customers and during their assessment they discovered that access to their services is a big challenge, adding that as a responsible company they want to ensure that their services are available and accessible to customers in all the four corners of Sierra Leone.
He noted that the partnership with NP-SL will help them actualize their vision, because NP –SL is all over the country. He said they decided to partner with NP-SL because it a Sierra Leonean Company that is owned by Sierra Leoneans and through this partnership it will also continue to contribute meaningfully towards the development of the country.
He disclosed that they have also launched the same partnership with other NP-SL filling stations across the country in order to ensure that their points of sale are available at the neighborhood of their customers and they can be accessible anywhere whenever a customer wants to do transactions.
“We will keep ensuring that we satisfy our customers with our best products and services and every NP-SL filling station you go now you can have access to NP-SL products through paying with Orange Money,” he concluded.
