Kabba’s background includes serving as the Minister of Mines and Mineral Resources and holding key positions in esteemed organizations, such as Total E & PC Ltd and the LUKOIL Overseas Offshore Project.
With an impressive international track record as a petroleum engineer in countries like Russia, UAE, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Ghana, and Romania, Kabba brings valuable networks and cross-cultural understanding to his new role. His primary objectives as Minister involve building collaborative relationships, expanding bilateral and multilateral ties and enhancing Sierra Leone’s reputation worldwide.
